Hello, I am Steve of Revenue Control Systems PnP. In this post I hope to present you with Information and video demonstrations of the SmallSMT pick and place machines. My company Revenue Control Systems PnP (www.RCSPnP.com) is the USA (east coast) distributor of the SmallSMT product line. RCS PnP will support and sell the machines from Williamsburg, Virginia, USA. one of the first things that I liked about the SmallSMT machines was the "push feeders" which eliminate the cost of cartage feeder modules. The second thing was the height capacity of the placement heads. Please see the following video.

Another advantage of the push feeder is the small space requirement.
Many active feeder lines on small space at moderate cost.
With all our machines the push feeders are included in the price.
Only optional further East feeder banks require surcharges.
Compared to the competition we have the most feeder lines in one machine compared to the space requirement.

Thanks Michael.

On my machine (with the stand) we reconfigured the push feeder reel holder to be mounted UNDER the machine to save space needed around the machine. I will post a video of this modification soon.
