When creating new information in the package database, it would be extremely useful to be able to duplicate an existing item.

Currently the only option is to "add" a new package definition, which must be created entirely from nothing. Many times a new package is very similar to an existing one, so being able to select an existing package and hit "duplicate" or "copy" would be very useful.

There's a trick to it.
Open Package dialog.
Click row on primary data
Click 'Edit'
Click 'Cancel'
Click 'Add'
Voilà-the form is pre-filled
