since today, we have been experiencing the problem that the vacuum pressure at the third head is lower than at the other heads.
With the CN065 nozzles, we have a vacuum pressure of 25-26 at the functioning nozzles and a vacuum pressure of 13 at the nozzle that is no longer functioning when they are open (without a component).

If you hold a finger to the nozzles or a component, the vacuum rises to 85 on the functioning nozzles and to 32-33 on the non-functioning nozzle.
The vacuum sensor on the head is OK. We swapped the hoses there as a test.
Without nozzles, a slightly lower vacuum can be detected on the head with your finger.
What could be the problem?

We checked all connections from the vacuum valve and reconnected them. Now it works again.
We didn't find any real faults.
