since today, we have been experiencing the problem that the vacuum pressure at the third head is lower than at the other heads. With the CN065 nozzles, we have a vacuum pressure of 25-26 at the functioning nozzles and a vacuum pressure of 13 at the nozzle that is no longer functioning when they are open (without a component).
If you hold a finger to the nozzles or a component, the vacuum rises to 85 on the functioning nozzles and to 32-33 on the non-functioning nozzle. The vacuum sensor on the head is OK. We swapped the hoses there as a test. Without nozzles, a slightly lower vacuum can be detected on the head with your finger. What could be the problem?
There are some options to check. 1. Is there a filter installed in line of head connection? 2. The nozzle seat is ok nozzle fits sealed in seat 3. vacuum generator is contaminated with oil / dust / water 4. Problem with the pressure sensor: Did you measure the pressure with a pressure gauge and find that the vacuum pressure is different?
