I have also rotation problems, I can´t rotate my parts, the nozzle puts the parts from the West feeder in a correct way and after aligning it aligns always in the same direction, but for example 45, 60, 120 degrees the nozzle aligns but at 0, 90, 180, 270 or 360 degrees it aligns it always in the same direction, I want to put the part horizontally, but it puts it always at 0,90,180, 270 and 360 degrees vertically.

Have anyone an idea why it aligns the parts always in same direction.

Turn off Visual align for part with 45, 60, 120 degree to check if the problem are same.
After, turn on visual align and ajust the box size to bigger size and test, is important the part fit in the box with some space.
