when I start a run, after setting up the coordinates etc., the camera or nozzle is not precise enough, for example it moves to the feeder to the right position but twice not exactly to this position. And also in x-axis it moves very low, but I did not set up it like this.
So my question is how can I increase the reproducibility?
I have checked it in several heights, but it pick ups very deep so it destroys the strip and it could be destroy the noozle.
My problem I have received is that it is not accurate. The top camera is not moving to the defined places, not all the time but on every second movement it moves to another place to pick up the component.
First setting is in basic setings if no nozzle changer used. Second stage is nozzle calibration saved in nozzle changer Third the local pick up height in feeder settings.
