For the nozzle to center pictures are shown after reset move to camera center or VO was used before?
Placement deviations could happen because of thickness deviations. PCB bend or component height not well adjusted. Chip parts use full alighnment? The IC pictures show deviations because of the discussed bug in V2.059.

I have placed the nozzle in the center of the lower camera. But then in the course of time, for example after an hour of inactivity, these coordinates change slightly. In the aisles 0.05-0.1 mm, if you re-correct the coordinates of the lower camera. VO = 0.

I have small boards. Not more than 100x100 mm. If the board has a slight bend, then in the corners of the attachment, I glue a thin double-sided tape to fix the board. The components are placed with a small clamp on the board. How else to adjust the unevenness of the board, I do not know. The height factor could be added to the program. Or a sensor that detects that a component is installed with the right force.

I use XY and A alignment for all components.
Zitat von mbruch im Beitrag #16 Mostly placement looks good.
Please show me an example in my photos, good and bad placement.
Zitat von mbruch im Beitrag #18Please zip all your *.fig files and config.ini and send to me michael@smallsmt.biz we need your settings to trace down problem.
The settings file is attached [[File:config_smt_v2059.zip]]
Zitat von mbruch im Beitrag #18 Do you really use measured part height -0.1 to -0.2mm? What's your PCB height setting?
The height of the elements was chosen according to the principle of placement with a slight pressure to the board. The height of the last board was 1.2 mm. The program is set to 1.1 mm
